"My early career began in the construction industry with a strong background in Sales. Through drive, ambition, hard work and the support of an inspirational mentor, I was fortunate to become Managing Director of a large company aged just 29 and later listed in Britain's Young Entrepreneurs of 2002.


The knowledge, experience and cohesion of our team significantly contributed to my achievements and the business success. People are absolutely the most important part of a business.


I formed Shine Works in February 2016 following a career-long obsession with personal development and self improvement. Training and coaching people, seeing them grow and realise their full potential, is something I am hugely passionate about.


With that in mind, I have created a suite of services and training which are self-aware, thought provoking, proactive and to quote a client, "real".
